You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Fastest Method: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account instantly inside the mobile app by navigating to: Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

Alternative Method: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you may email us at our support address from the email address associated with your MyRunCoach account.

  • Subject Line: Use "Data Deletion Request".
  • Confirmation: Please explicitly state in the body of the email: "I request the permanent deletion of my account and all associated data."

We will process your request and delete your account and data within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What We Delete

When you request deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Workout and training history
  • Health and fitness data stored in our systems
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
